Plan a rollout that survives the real world.

A practical framework for pilots, deployment waves and repeatable handovers.

Treat this as a starting structure, not a finished plan — your sites, stock and sign-off process will shape the detail. Tick items as you go; your progress stays in this browser only.

Prove the playbook with a pilot

Use a representative site to test the sequence, timing, dependencies and reporting. Capture the differences between the assumed environment and the actual one before repeating the work.

Schedule around readiness

Group sites by practical delivery constraints. Hardware availability, access windows, travel and local support determine a realistic plan.

Close sites consistently

Use consistent completion criteria and evidence. A site with outstanding defects should not disappear from the tracker when an engineer leaves.

Text description of the video
  1. Prove the playbook. One representative site tests the sequence, timing and reporting.
  2. Group sites by readiness. Hardware, access windows and local contacts decide which sites go in each wave.
  3. Deliver the first wave. Each site moves from installed, to tested, to accepted.
  4. Review before scaling. Exceptions and timings update the playbook before the next wave.
  5. Close consistently. Every site closes with the same evidence. Open actions keep an owner and a date.
