Who we are

This website is run by ComputexITy. We are responsible for the personal information you send through it. Contact us about privacy using the enquiry form.

Information you provide

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, company, site location, optional phone number, service interest, timing and message. These details are used to review and respond to your request. Please do not submit passwords or sensitive system information.

How enquiries are handled

When you send an enquiry, its contents are sent by email to the ComputexITy team using the enquiry form’s sending service. The website does not keep a separate database of enquiries. There is no mailing-list subscription or marketing email. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where you ask for a proposal, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who handles it for us

• Cloudflare hosts the website and processes the technical data needed to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
• Resend delivers the contents of the enquiry form to our inbox by email.

These providers act on our instructions. Where they process data outside the UK, they rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

Website operation

This site does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics. Planning-guide ticks are saved only in your own browser. To limit repeated submissions, the enquiry service briefly counts requests per network address in memory; this is not stored.

Retention and your rights

If an enquiry does not lead to working together, we delete it within 24 months. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to its use, through the enquiry form. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
